| Details: | SUMMARY: survey significant deficiency correction - final DETAILS: Communication was received from Stan in regards to the significant deficiency correction at the MHP. A dated communication on 10/29/14 listed correcting the following items: CCR ordinance, ASR, CCR, Operations and Maintenance manual, and chlorine residual recording. On 6/15/15, the abandoned wells in the chlorination room (within setback of well) were formally filled in and well logs were submitted. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
