Details:	SUMMARY: new management - site visit DETAILS: A site visit was made to go over some of the drinking water requirements for the water system. The new managers had not taken the SWSTC yet. Plans are to take the in-person class in September in Baker City. I also went over taking the on-line course. Due to the irregularity of the current internet - the on-line course may not be an option. A copy of the previous survey was given to Ashley as well as a "loaner" chlorine test kit. The chlorine residual was tested at the time of the visit and the reading was not detectable. I reviewed the chlorine testing requirements (measuring and recording at least twice/week). The system was also missing the operations and maintenance manual. Currently Table Rock Lab comes and collects the water samples. I informed the system of ensuring the sample results are submitted to the state on time. A violation was issued 05/2015 for this reason. Reviewed the chemical monitoring requirements for the system. Also went over the Consumer Confidence Report requirement. At the time of this report (7/1/15) a CCR/cert has been posted for the system as of 6/29/15. ACTION NEEDED: work on getting the chlorination system stable and develop the operations and maintenance manual.
