| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive temp routines DETAILS: Don called to inform me that 2 of the 5 temp routines came back positive for TC. He wanted to know what to do now. He said after the original positive they replaced some piping and flushed the system. They did not shock the system but they now plan to do so. I asked him to update the PN which he did. I reminded him to take 5 more temp routine this month. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
