| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Routine Sample DETAILS: The system was aware of the positive TC from the sample dated 7/1/2015. Had taken a resample unaware of the need to take a total of 4 repeats. The system does four log chlorination so is not required to take the triggered sample. I also reminded her to take 5 temporary routine samples all from the distribution in August. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on 3 additional repeat samples. | ||
