| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Positive Alert Response DETAILS: LEPH Emailed, Snail Mailed and Left a telephone call to Mr. Stein regarding their recent repeat TCR+ samples. ACTION NEEDED: 1.) IMMEDIATELY SUBMIT A SOURCE SAMPLEThis is almost 12 months overdue! Since the July 6, 2014 E. coli incident my department and the Oregon Drinking Water Program have been demanding this water system to provide a source sample and your program has not fulfilled this demand. I cannot express its importance especially since this system is on the radar for formal enforcement for five uncorrected rule violations 2.) Schedule to submit five (5) temporary routine samples next month3.) Within 30 days issue/post an Unresolved Total Coliform Unresolved Public Notice and forward a copy to my office or the State Drinking Water Program. | ||
