| Details: | SUMMARY: RP sample came back + for coliform DETAILS: RP samples came back positive at the bathroom sink only. I left a message for Wendell. Since these two samples went from June to July we cannot invalidate the results, instead Wendell will investigate the issue at the sink and post the Tier 2 public notice. Jill at the church office provided an e-mail so I sent her the public notice. I asked Jill to relay this information to Wendell and get back to me on what the system was going to do to remediate the issue. ACTION NEEDED: Post Tier 2 PN, investigate the issue, shock chlorinate the sink or system and collect 5 TR in July. | ||
