| Details: | SUMMARY: A routine sample collected on 6-1-15 tested TC+. DETAILS: 6-8-15 --- Spoke with Mark Schatz on 6-6-15: he informed me that the repeat sample collected at space #20 tested TC+ (same space as the 6-1-15 TC+ routine sample) while all other repeat samples and the triggered source samples tested coliform absent. Mark believes space #20 may have a bad sample tap. I sent an invalidation request to DMCE today. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
