| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT: COLI14283 --- Triggered source sample, tested TC+ DETAILS: 6-30-15 --- Triggered source sample, collected 6-26-15 and used as 4th distribution repeat sample, tested TC+. I spoke with Joe Brooks and advised him this constitutes an MCL violation and emailed him a Tier2 public notice along with DMCEs e mail address. He is going to be shock chlorinating the water system and collecting five temp routines in July. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
