DETAILS: 6-11-15 ---All significant deficiencies from the 4-1-15 water system survey have been corrected: Well #3 sanitary seal is watertight/pest proof, 20k gallon storage tank hatch is secured, 10k gallon storage tank drain is screened, storage tank has plan review approval, and cross connection enabling authority has been received and sent to DWS.
