| Details: | SUMMARY: possible backflow contamination DETAILS: Leanns son in the Oregon Penitentiary moved to a bigger cell back in March. The water is considerably worse and sometimes has precipitates in it in his new cell. His new cell is next to the barber. I speculated there could be a cross contamination from the Barber, and its worth checking. I advised Leighann to call Salem Public Works to request they explore the Penitentiary for cross-connections as part of their active cross-connection control plan. ACTION NEEDED: Complaintant is calling Salem re their cross-connection control program. | ||
