| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform positive sample on 7/8/2015 DETAILS: I talked with Connie Thomas regarding the Total Coliform positive sample that was taken on 7/8/2015. I informed her that she would need to take 4 repeats within 24 hours and take 5 temporary routines in August. She again thinks it may be incorrect sample taking procedures causing the TC+. ACTION NEEDED: The system will need to take 5 temporary routine samples next month (August). | ||
