| Details: | SUMMARY: Correction action for 2015 water system survey DETAILS: Spoke to Duane about correcting items noted during survey and sending photos or other documentation. We also discussed the letter DWS received June 30th from Holladay Engineering outlining corrective action for arsenic removal treatment, disconnecting park wells and storage, improvements to Idaho wells, and protecting the 3 MG storage reservoirs overflow pipe. Corrective action is scheduled to be completed by October 31, 2016. 7/13/15: Received photos of access hatches and screened vents on the 3 MG and 128,000 gallon storage tanks, sampling plan and protocols for under-certified operators. 9/4/15: Received drone video of elevated storage tank. On 9/21/15 spoke to Duane that video would suffice until detailed photos could be taken to verify the vent screen is adequate. ACTION NEEDED: No action at this time. |
