| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Ecoli DETAILS: Spoke to Mark about the E.coli detection for the routine July 2015 sample. He has already taken a repeat distribution samples which may have been compromised since someone not use to sampling took the sample. He has spoken with water lab, the pump installer, Pete Farrelly (OHA) and left messages for Greg. The facility had the pump replaced last week and the pump installer only pumped about a cup of bleach directly into the well and did not mix the water in the casing. Mark is going to mix about 1/2 gallon of bleach into five gallons of water and shock the system overnight, flush and take a special sample tomorrow along with a AS sample. We have notified our CD team since the system was not boiling the water and was open for business. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat/source sample results | ||
