Details: SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: Spoke with Kathleen and she stated this sample is from a group of homes across the street that is separate from the system on their own well. This should not have been tested with the Duplex Village Water system number. Historically there are years of samples from the Hornbeam addresses and we will follow up to establish if this should be a State Regulated system. Kathleen will be taking repeat samples but has been asked NOT to use the Duplex Village PWS number ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on investigation of the unknown water system .
