| Details: | SUMMARY: Regarding 14314, had operators take repeats 7/8. DETAILS: Alert 14347 was generated when one of the repeats tested positive for Total. Jay Macpherson called at 4:57 and said that confirms E. coli. I had told Terri (owner of Loon Lake Lodge) that they should go ahead and clean and shock the reservoir and distribution. Then take 5 temp routines next month. I emailed Rebecca T. to be sure of when to retest after shocking and will advise Terri to post public notice on Monday. No one is answering phone there after 5 pm.7/13/2015 Called Terri, left a message that they need to post Boil Water notice today. Send a copy to the state. Once the tank and distribution is disinfected they will take a sample marked repeat. If repeat clean they can remove boil water notice. ACTION NEEDED: Post/Deliver Tier 1 Public notice, send copy to State DWP. Disinfect tank and distribution, take repeat TC. Take 5 more Temporary Routine coliform samples next month before 8/10. Repeat positive for TC. | ||
