| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: I called on 6-22-2015 and talked to Karen McFadden, Quality Assurance Manager. Ms McFadden was already aware of the volatile sample taken 6-15-2015. Ms. McFadden was in contact with the firms water laboratory to take the 4 repeat samples including a raw source sample as soon as possible. I reminded her to take 5 routine samples in July. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples plus raw source sample as soon as possible and 5 routine samples in July. | ||
