| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary survey corrective actions DETAILS: ODA received written documentation from the water system contact on 3-16-2015 and 3-17-2015 stating the significant deficiencies noted during a sanitary survey of the water system conducted on 9-18-2014 have been corrected. The documentation included dates and approximate time frames within which the corrective actions were completed. The setback from hazards significant deficiency has not been resolved and is being handled by the Oregon Drinking Water Program. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
