Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic Alert DETAILS: Sample taken on 6/17/15 is over the MCL. ACTION NEEDED: Firm will be taking a confirmation sample on 6/24/15. If this sample is not over the MCL the firm will be moved to quarterly monitoring. If the sample is over the MCL the firm will be asked to post notice and submit plan review for treatment system to remove Arsenic.
