| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: I called on 6/15/2015 and talked to Kurt Williams, Regulatory Compliance. Mr. Williams was made aware of the volatile sample taken 6/9/2015. Mr. Williams was in contact with his water laboratory to take the 4 repeat samples plus a raw source sample as soon as possible. I reminded him to take 5 temporary routine samples in July. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples as soon as possible and 5 temporary routine samples in July. | ||
