| Details: | SUMMARY: Letter Sent - Missed 30 day Deadline Following WSS DETAILS: Hood River County Health Department phoned Denice Hilkey and left a voice message on 7/16/15 regarding a missed deadline following the 5/28/15 WSS. We also sent an e-mail and letter which said:"Ms. Hilkey,On 5/28/15, Hood River County Health Department conducted a water system survey at ‘USFS Cloud Cap/Cooper Spur’ public water system. On June 1st, 2015, Hood River County Health Department drafted a formal report discussing that site visit (along with a cover letter) and sent the report to you. That report included requirements with specific dead-lines that ‘USFS Cloud Cap/Cooper Spur’ public water system needed to address. They included: See next report ACTION NEEDED: The water system shall respond in writing to Hood River County Health Department regarding the findings of the 5/28/15 WSS as soon as possible. | ||
