Details: SUMMARY: Quaterly Coliform sample positive DETAILS: Mr. Danton left a voice mail stating that Water lab reported to him about the positive coliform sample. He stated that the lab was sending him sample bottles for repeat tests by UPS. I will call and confirm procedures with him on 7/17/15. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of repeat sample results.
