Details:	SUMMARY: COLIFORM TOTAL, (TCR) REPEAT DETAILS: 7-16-2015 Called Karl Dietzler with USFS (Middlefork Ranger Station) about coliform alert for USFS BRKN BWL/BIG POOL CG. I left a message stating that he needs to shock chlorinate the well and do a water survey of his well. I then stated he needs to take 5 routine samples in August.7-17-15 I left a message for Karl Dietzler with USFS, stating that he needs to shock chlorinate the well and do a water survey of his well. I then stated he needs to take 5 routine samples in August.7-20-15 Sarah e-mailed Karle to post a Tier 2 PN and shock the system. ACTION NEEDED: Shock chlorinate the system and take 5 routine water samples in August.
