I left a message stating that he needs to shock chlorinate the well and do a water survey of his well. I then stated he needs to take 5 routine samples in August.7-17-15 I left a message for Karl Dietzler with USFS, stating that he needs to shock chlorinate the well and do a water survey of his well. I then stated he needs to take 5 routine samples in August.7-20-15 Sarah e-mailed Karle to post a Tier 2 PN and shock the system.
