| Details: | SUMMARY: Boil water notice DETAILS: The system collected 3 routine samples on 7/20/15. One from Spring 3 was e. coli positive and one from Springs 1 and 2 was total coliform positive. Because there were 2 positive samples I put the system on a limited boil water notice to the 2 trains of the water system. EP-A and EP-B connections are affected. Francine will be collecting the triggered source samples on 7/22/15. The system will then take measures to clean the system out and then need to resample to get off of the boil notice. ACTION NEEDED: Take triggered source samples and to be released from the boil water notice, 5 clean samples are to be cleared from the lab. | ||
