| Details: | SUMMARY: tc positive routine sample DETAILS: A routine sample collected on 7/15/15 was total coliform positive. While the system does chlorinate, the reported free chlorine residual was 0.01. Repeat samples will be required. The wells active a the time of the positive sample were: Well 4 (SRC-BA), Well 2 (SRC-DA), and Well 5 (SRC-FA). ACTION NEEDED: Take required repeat and triggered source samples. Further action will be based on the results. | ||
