| Details: | SUMMARY: Altert follow up for positive repeats DETAILS: This is a follow up to see if deficiencies have been corrected. Drinking water system made the required corrections noted on the survey of April 1st, 2015. The operator submitted pictures of the newly installed raw water sample tap and the caulking around the top of the well casing. ACTION NEEDED: Still need to affix a lock to the cistern door. Continue quarterly water samples as normal. | ||
