| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL violation for July DETAILS: The water system collected the follow up repeat and triggered source samples on 7/20/15. Two of the repeat samples were total coliform positive. Travis said there had been a new service connection installed in the area of the positive coliform hit that may be the cause of the problem. A Tier 2 public notice will need to be issued. A template was faxed and emailed to the system. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temporary routine samples in August. Distribute public notice and send a copy back to DWS for our records. | ||
