| Details: | SUMMARY: 4 of 5 routines total coliform positive DETAILS: The lab notified the department that 4 of 5 routine samples collected 7/20/15 were positive for total coliform (absent for E. coli). I notified the system that this triggers a public notice requirement and advised them to correct the problem and collect 5 routine samples in early August. ACTION NEEDED: System needs to post public notice and send us a copy, as well as correct the problem and resample in August. | ||
