| Details: | Sent new contact for this system, Bryce Whisenant, an email 0n 3/17/2021, letting him know that there was no sample submitted for coliform testing for the month of February. I reminded him that this system is on a monthly testing schedule, and that although they missed the deadline for a February submittal, that it was important that they get back on a monthly schedule, starting with March. Bryce's response on 3/18/2021: Thank you for the reminder. I completely agree we need to turn in a March sample. We recently outsourced maintenance to a service provider and there are some struggles. I will do some butt-kicking to try and make sure it gets done this month. This has been a weekly topic of conversation with our service provider I’ve had with them over the past few weeks. |
