| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert -- TC Positive (Routine) DETAILS: I contacted Kathy Meyer via telephone and discussed the positive routing coliform sample. She doesnt know why it was positive. A private lab (PYXIS LABORATORIES INC) collects their samples. ACTION NEEDED: She states the private lab will be onsite today to collect the 4 repeat samples with one from the source. I also reminded her that 5 temporary routine samples are needed for the month of August 2015. | ||
