| Details: | SUMMARY: DBP MCL DETAILS: Jim Anderson called about the TTHM MCL based on the May 2015 results. I instructed him that the City will need to continue to issue a Tier 2 public notice quarterly as long as the DBP results exceed the MCL. He said it would be delivered in the next monthly billing. An update to the OEL report submitted earlier in the year is also required alogn with a Corrective Action Plan for the on-going TTHM MCL, which was cited as a significant deficiency in the June 2015 water system survey. A TTHM MCL corrective action plan was previously received on February 26, 2015. ACTION NEEDED: City to issue public notice for May TTHM MCL, updated OEL report for May OEL exceedance, and Corrective Action Plan to address the significant deficiency (TTHM MCL) identified in the June 2015 water system survey. | ||
