| Details: | SUMMARY: Non-reporting violation follow up DETAILS: System did not sample routine coliforms 2nd qtr 2015. Called Mat and system did take a coliform sample in May but it was a special. A routine 3rd quarter sample was taken July 23rd and absent. Emailed Mat PN for non reporting and he will post at CG for at least 7 days. ACTION NEEDED: Post PN for 7 days and continue to report on-time quarterly samples. | ||
