Details: SUMMARY: Violation follow up for no 2nd qtr routine coliform DETAILS: system did not report 2nd qtr coliform. Called Jerrie and discussed. They must have just forgotten. A 3rd qtr routine and nitrate has already been taken in July. Sent Jerrie PN template for non-reporting to post for one week. ACTION NEEDED: Post PN and continue to take on-time quarterly coliform samples.
