| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL violation for July 2015 DETAILS: **4th month in a row for a total coliform MCL violation** System has been unable to determine the cause of the contamination. Several rounds of low dose chlorination and flushing have been performed. The system did replace the well pump in July for a bad seal and rechlorinated. Additional sampling required in August as well as a public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Public notice was received on 8/4/15 - 5 temporary routine samples will be required in August. Further action will be based on the results. | ||
