| Details: | SUMMARY: Spoke with Roland regarding the boil water notice and follow up samples post-confirmed E coli DETAILS: 7-22-15 --- Spoke with Roland (and Mary Beth Lovett, earlier in the day): the boil water notice has been lifted after receiving results of clean samples collected on 7-16-15, post shock chlorination. I advised Roland that SDWIS shows a triggered and three repeat samples collected on 7-16-15 and reminded him that five temp routines are due. He asked if the four 7-16-15 samples could be changed to temp routines: Given that Roland is leaving for Seattle in a few days, and time is of the essence, I advised him to call Chuck Michael directly for guidance on that point. At a minimum, one more sample (temp routine) needs to be collected for compliance.7-24-15 --- I spoke with Chuck Michael and then to Roland: the following was agreed upon - the three distribution repeats from 7-16-15 will be changed to temp routines. That leaves two temp routines for Roland to collect before the end of the month. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
