| Details: | SUMMARY: E coli Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Table Rock Lab called to inform DWS that the routine sample collected on August 6 tested present for E. coli. Spoke with Derek at Clay in Motion. Derek confirmed the UV unit was working and the bulb was last changed on January 15, 2015. Beth with Table Rock will collect the required follow up samples this afternoon. ACTION NEEDED: Table Rock Lab staff to collect four repeat and one triggered source sample today. Further action will be based on those results. | ||
