| Details: | SUMMARY: TC positive on routine coliform DETAILS: John called 8/5 to report positive, questions about resampling and to notify me that they are only using one well. Well BA is the only used from May 1 through October 31. Well AA is used from November 1 through April 30. Let it be noted that the sample was reported on the wrong water system. This was corrected and a second alert (current number on this form) was issued. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeats (upstream, downstream and same site as positive) and one more at the source - BA. I updated the source info and sent to DWP. In September there are to be 5 more samples taken in distribution | ||
