| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: I contacted Matt regarding the routine detection. He was aware of it and said he would take the 4 repeats samples and a triggered source sample. I reminded him to also take 5 temp routines in September. I also asked Matt if they submitted a public notice to OHA DWP for Junes TC MCL. He said he thought they had but would follow up. SDWIS does not show a notice received as of this date. I asked Matt to contact me if he found and physical problems onsite (broken lines, etc). ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat/triggered samples and advise operator. | ||
