Details:	SUMMARY: New owner received violation postcard DETAILS: Daves wife phoned because they got a violations postcard. They took over the store in March 2015, and no coliform sample had been submitted for the 2nd quarter this year. Explained to her the monitoring requirements for their system (quarterly coliform, annual nitrate). Gave her the contact info for Spring Street Analytical Lab in Klamath Falls to get the bottles and have them start reporting to DWS. Emailed Spring Street for the same purpose and gave them new owner name. ACTION NEEDED: Send DMCE updated contact name and address for this water system. The stores phone number remains the same.
