| Details: | Rudy reported a total loss of pressure via text to me 3/18/21. The loss of pressure occurred late evening on 3/17/21. I was off duty and our office was short staffed. I checked in for alert activity the afternoon of 3/18/21. By the time I had spoken to Rudy the pressure was restored and a sample had been submitted after the repair that was absent for bacteria. Rudy reported issuing a boil water notice to the residents. | ||
