| Details: | SUMMARY: tc positive routine sample DETAILS: The system was to collect 5 temporary routine samples in August from the positive sample in July. One sample was collected on 8/3/15. It was total coliform positive. System to follow up with 3 repeat samples and a triggered source sample on 8/10/15. Further action will be based on the results. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeat samples and a triggered source sample on 8/10/15. 5 temporary routine samples are to be collected in September. Additional action will be based on the results. | ||
