| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: Initial chemical and bacti samples taken from well #5 on June 17. Waiting for results to determine additional sampling. Spoke with Matt and contractor thinks he can get the building for the well completed within 6 weeks. I have noted a date of September 30, 2015 to complete. ACTION NEEDED: Submit sampling results and contact me when building complete. | ||
