| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-Up Site Visit (WSS from 5/28/15) DETAILS: On 8/10/15, Hood River County Health Department conducted a follow-up water system survey at ‘USFS Cloud Cap/Cooper Spur’ public water system in order to view components of the water system inaccessible during the first site visit on 5/28/15.Several observations were made during this site visit-- they are summarized in a letter to the operator (from Hood River County) dated 8/13/15. This letter may be viewed upon request at HRC EH. ACTION NEEDED: ‘USFS Cloud Cap/Cooper Spur’ Public Water System shall contact HRC EH (in writing) within 30 days (by 5pm, Friday, 9/18/15) and inform HRC EH of plans toward resolving the ‘significant deficiencies’ listed in the letter dated 8/13/15. | ||
