| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL violation for July 2015 DETAILS: System collected 4 repeat samples on 7/29/15. All 4 were from the distribution system. A triggered source sample needs to be collected. In the meantime, a MCL violation for July will be issued. A Tier 2 public notice will need to be distributed to the customers on the water system. Additional coliform samples in August will be required. ACTION NEEDED: A triggered source sample is to be collected. A public notice for the total coliform MCL violation is to be distributed to users on the water system. A copy of the notice is to be sent to DWS for our records. 5 temporary routine samples are required in August. Further action will be based on the results. | ||
