| Details: | SUMMARY: Non-receipt of monthly SWTRs DETAILS: Ernie called because they again got a notice of violation for not submittng the SWTRs. Looks like DWS has not received one since May 5 (for April). He has been faxing them in on time. We checked the fax number, and he had it off by one digit. He will resubmit the last 3 months today using the correct fax number. The violations will return to compliance after the next reports are submitted on time. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
