| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead and Copper sampling sites. DETAILS: Paul called because his lab told him that the L & C samples he turned in werent from the same sites as he took previously. Paul said he didnt know they were supposed to be from the same sites. I told him the lab was correct and that he needed to fill out form 141A and sent him the documents. I also offered to help him with the form if needed. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
