Details: SUMMARY: Water survey follow-up. Corrective action plan. DETAILS: Jim Cooper emailed 8/21/15 that he was unable to finish everything needing correction from water survey and requested a 2 week extension. I told him ok. He has 2 weeks to complete all corrections must be done by 9/7/15. If not done he will have to post public notice to water system users and the state that he didnt make corrections on time. ACTION NEEDED: Wait to hear from Jim about corrections.
