| Details: | SUMMARY: Contacted Dave after reviewing violations. 8 pts worth of violations for not taking and reporting coliforms, nitrate and source samples DETAILS: Discussed the sampling requirements, reporting requirements and frequencies of sources AA and AB, quarterly coliform sampling, and yearly nitrate. Some not taken since 2013. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3rd quarter coliform sample in distribution before September 30, take source samples (raw water from each well AA and AB), take nitrate sample this year.
