Details:	SUMMARY: Repeat Coliform positive DETAILS: I e-mailed Shelley regarding the 1 RP samples coming back positive. I noticed that no chlorine residual was found in the system, told them to fix issue and post a Tier 2 public notice until a RT sample came back positive. ACTION NEEDED: Collected 5 TR in September, post Tier 2 Public notice.
