| Details: | SUMMARY: Rt Coliform positive DETAILS: Brandi with OWS called and said all of there RP samples came back Coliform and E.coli positive. Issued a Tier 1 boil water notice. The inn caretaker lives onsite, unknown if any guest rooms are being occupied now. OWS will go out tomorrow and collect 5 confirmation samples from the source to help isolate the cause of the E.coli. The tech who is collecting the samples will also investigate onsite for any sources of contamination. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 5 confirmation samples at the source. Investigate cause of contamination, issue a Tier 1 boil water notice. | ||
