| Details: | SUMMARY: Enforcement status plus request for DWS field visit DETAILS: Bryan called because of the July 21 2015 Administrative Order which required several actions within 30 days (now overdue). Bryan is still spending significant time out of commission due to health issues. He says the previous resident that was helping (Cory) is no longer there, and he has enlisted the MHPs maintenance person, Joe Neff, to follow through. There was a change in the water system component arrangement sometime in the last month. Bryan wants to make sure it is in compliance. He requested a site visit. Jay MacPherson and I will try to stop there on Sept 2 when near there. I reminded Bryan that there were several parts of the Admin Order that would be easy for him to be doing now - the August monitoring report, a nitrate test, public notice, etc. He says he will conduct the nitrate test and have a copy of the PN and Aug SWTR report ready to hand us during the visit. ACTION NEEDED: Bryan will check medical obligations to make sure he is available on Wed Sept 2 for the site visit. | ||
